Grapevine Leafroll Disease

0:37 ·

Grapevine leafroll disease, caused by the virus GLRaV-3, shows downward-curling leaf margins with reddening or yellowing while veins stay green, plus delayed, uneven ripening. It spreads mainly through mealybugs and infected planting material. There's no cure once infected, so focus on aggressive mealybug control and sourcing certified virus-free planting material.
