CYOL Times
Accessibility
How we make CYOL Times usable by everyone, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Last updated
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website.
What we do
- Pages work with a keyboard and include a "Skip to content" link.
- Images carry text descriptions, and text meets colour-contrast guidelines.
- Pages use headings and landmarks that screen readers can navigate.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser without breaking the layout.
Known limitations
Some older magazine issues are scans without a full text version, and some embedded videos rely on YouTube’s own captions. We are working to improve them.
Report a problem
If something on the website is hard to use, tell us through our Contact page (cyoltimes.com/contact), or through CYOL at thecyol.com, with the page’s link and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
